A detailed investment plan is drawn up including property evaluation, rental income, return on investment (ROI), renovation costs (if any), fiscal guidance, and long-term value.

When you have decided which properties work the best, we schedule a second appointment to visit the properties together with you to move forward with the negotiations.

NEGOTIATION

This is a crucial step, as we assure that you are protected throughout the entire buying process, and your investment aligns with your goals expectations.

With our years of experience being investors ourselves and extensive knowledge of the Florence market, we can promptly examine all the different characteristics and potential risks involved to help you make well-informed decisions.

Finding the ideal investment property is an exciting and profitable endeavour, but it requires careful consideration, research and a strategic approach. Based on our initial meeting and your criteria, we start by searching the properties that suit you the best. Our aim is to offer an honest and transparent consulting service to best serve the interests of those we represent.

EVALUATION

Before presenting any property to our clients, we schedule a showing and visit all potential investments properties ourselves as we recognise that your time is valuable. With our years of experience being investors ourselves and extensive knowledge of the Florence market, we can promptly examine all the different characteristics and potential risks involved to help you make well-informed decisions.

CONTRACT

Once the contract has been concluded, we organise an appointment with our notary of trust and accompany you to the meeting to sign all necessary documents and finalise the transfer of ownership.
